BK PILATES CAMP

BK Pilates South Park
This location feels a bit different from the start. Slower pace, less noise, more focus.
Classes are steady, controlled, and a bit more detail-oriented. You’re not just moving – you’re paying attention to how you move. That’s where the change happens.
Our instructors are there to guide you through the process, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a certain fitness level to get started.
It’s the kind of place where you don’t feel rushed, which honestly makes a big difference.

BK Pilates studio in South Park
This studio follows the same philosophy as all other locations in the BK Pilates network: workouts that make you stronger without putting unnecessary strain on your body.
Here, this is reflected in a slower pace and greater attention to detail—you don’t just go through the motions during class; you learn to move correctly. Our instructors tailor the classes to your level, taking their time and never forcing you to try to keep up with others.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there parking near the BK Pilates South Park studio?
Please park in the Metropolis Parking garage off of Sharon Road or Carnegie Blvd. Free for up to 3 hours.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REFORMER PILATES AND MAT PILATES?
One of the main distinctions lies in equipment. For instance, in reformer pilates, there are special springs that create resistance and help in performing different kinds of movements. In addition, many people find learning how to perform movements properly much easier when using a reformer.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO PILATES?
It depends. There are no specific recommendations about the frequency. Some students come weekly, some – more frequently. What really matters is consistency, not the amount of workouts in one week.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Anything comfortable. Workout clothes you can move in easily are perfect. Grip socks are recommended for reformer classes.
