Not much about that has really shifted. The method’s been adjusted here and there, sure, but never to the point where it becomes complicated for no reason. The idea is still pretty simple – move better, get stronger, and not feel completely drained after every class.
Fitness trends come and go all the time. This isn’t really about that. It’s not trying to impress you or push you to extremes – it just does its job, especially if you give it a bit of consistency.
The Raleigh studio follows the same line. Nothing dramatically different, just the same approach in a new space, with the same attention to how classes are actually taught.
