BK Pilates – South End
Some workouts leave you exhausted. Pilates usually leaves you feeling better put together. A little stronger, a little less tense, and way more present than when you walked in. That is the vibe at BK Pilates South End.

BK Pilates Charlotte South End
South End moves fast, so having a place where you can slow down for an hour matters. Our studio is where people come to move, reset, and get out of their heads for a bit.
The reformer classes here are focused on strength, posture, flexibility, and control, but without turning the workout into some intense competition. You will feel muscles working, definitely, but the goal is not to destroy your body. It is to help you move better and actually feel good afterward.
A lot of our students spend most of the day sitting at a desk or running from one thing to the next. Others are getting back into working out after a long break. And plenty of people walk in having absolutely no idea how a reformer works. That is completely normal here.
Built around movement that feels good to come back to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there free parking near the BK Pilates South End studio?
Park in the Parking garage off of East Park Ave. We will validate for 90 minutes inside the studio.
WHAT MAKES REFORMER PILATES DIFFERENT FROM A GYM WORKOUT?
The focus is different. Instead of rushing through exercises or lifting heavier and heavier weights. Reformer Pilates is more about control, alignment, balance, and strength. That actually supports your body day to day.
WILL I FEEL OUT OF PLACE IF I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES?
Not at all. Most people are beginners when they first walk in. Nobody is expecting perfection. And the classes are designed so you can learn at your own pace.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Anything comfortable enough to move in easily. Most people wear leggings, biker shorts, workout tops — whatever feels good to move in. Grip socks are usually the only specific thing people bring for reformer classes.
